The Calendar operates on a trafic light system:

Red	Cancelled	Dates that have been eliminated as not possible or cancelled by weather etc.
Yellow	Possibles	Dates  awaiting approval and for players to declare themselves available - please fill in your details by double-clicking on the calendar entry and going to the "details" box.
Green	Definites	Confirmed matches - players involved can be found by double-clicking on the calendar entry.
White	Results	Completed matches. Double-click to see the scores.
